Atom bank is now offering its range of commercial mortgages with fixed rates from as low as 5.75%.
For loans of up to £1 million, 75% loan-to-value is available. 70% LTV is available on loans above £1 million. Improvements to the lender’s commercial broker portal have seen the application-to-AIP time reduce significantly, currently averaging just one working day.
Further, enhancements to the commercial underwriting process, lending policy, internal and external systems and ways of working to increase origination capacity have also been made resulting in a reduced application-to-offer time by, on average, 42%.
