Hope Capital has confirmed Q3 2023 as its most successful quarter since the lender was established in 2011. Owing to new funding lines secured by the lender and a larger current portfolio, throughout August, September and October 2023, the lender’s loan book increased by 19% compared to Q2.
This follows on from a strong first half of the year, which saw Hope Capital announce a series of other records, including an 86% year-on-year increase in enquiries and completions growing by 106%.
