Pluto Finance has completed a £2.5m loan to finance the refurbishment of a commercial property in Basildon, Essex, comprising industrial, office, and warehouse space.
The loan was delivered to developer SJT Developments, with the property comprising industrial, office, and warehouse space. The transaction marks Pluto’s second deal with the Essex based borrower, while legal counsel was from TLT law firm.
