Trinity Specialist Financial has secured access to Precise Mortgages five-year fix buy-to-let product for Limited Company investors.
Highlights of the product include:
- 3.89% fixed rate until 31/10/2021
- Available up to 75% loan-to-value
- 1.5% mortgage arrangement fee
- Early Repayment Charges: 31/10/2017, 2% until 31/10/2020, then 1% until 31/10/2021
