Roma Finance has launched a RomaFLOW bridging product range with competitive rates and desktop valuations. FLOWbridge focuses on residential bridging and auction finance.
FLOWrefurb focuses on refurbishment costs up to 25% of the initial market value of the security, as well as light development, where the refurbishment costs are between 25 – 50% of the initial market value of the security.
Desktop valuations are also now available up to 70% loan to value. All products are available to the whole of the market, with 20 broker partners having access to an exclusive range with pricing at 9.9% per annum, where the exit strategy is refinance.
